All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for tickets once purchased, except under specific circumstances as outlined below.


Event Cancellation or Postponement

  1. Cancellation:
    • If an event organized by S & S Management is canceled, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
    • You will be notified via email with instructions on how to claim your refund.
  2. Postponement:
    • If the event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
    • If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 5-6 days of the announcement of the new date.

Processing Refunds
